Before the mobility

The Letter of Acceptance is directly sent by email to the respective applicant. It contains important information on their future studies and residence in Vienna; we therefore strongly recommend that applicants read their emails (also spam emails!) on a regular basis. The Letter of Acceptance also serves as the basis for visa applications for non-EU residents who wish to travel to Austria.

Learning Agreement before Mobility

For the mobility programme Erasmus+ and the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP), the form Learning Agreement before Mobility must be filled in. This form will be given to you and signed by your sending university. Afterwards, please upload it to Mobility Online.
